Ingredients

300 g de feijão vermelho
150 g de chouriço de carne
150 g de morcela
150 g de farinheira
200 g de entrecosto
1 batata-doce
2 batatas brancas
1 carrot
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Azeite q.b.

Preparation

  1. Demolhe o feijão de véspera.
  2. Na panela de ferro fundido 24cm IronPot coza o feijão com a água da demolha (acrescentando se necessário) e a cebola cortada.
  3. Junte as carnes e enchidos (menos a farinheira) e deixe cozer.
  4. Acrescente os legumes cortados em cubos.
  5. Nos últimos minutos, adicione a farinheira e retifique temperos.
  6. Sirva bem quente.
