Register for the extended warranty from 2 to 3 years.
* If you are a member of the Master Swiss Club, you will have an extended warranty of up to 5 years. Otherwise, the extension will be up to 3 years.

For this registration, this field is not required, however, in case it is necessary to activate the guarantee, the presentation of the commercial invoice, is mandatory.


Terms and Conditions of the Master Swiss Warranty

The Master Swiss warranty covers household use only, not commercial or professional use

Master Swiss Warranty the pans, grills, woks, knives, and casseroles, cookware as well as their accessories are covered by the Master Swiss warranty against any defect in material or workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase or delivery in the country where they were purchased.
The extended warranty is only applicable for purchases registered up to 30 days after the date of purchase of the products.

After the product has been received and the defect and warranty confirmed, a new product or an equivalent will be sent in exchange.
Under the terms of the warranty Master Swiss is only obliged to replace the defective product. Master Swiss has no obligation to repair or replace a device if it is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and its registration in the warranty portal.
In case of replacement of the item, to proceed with the shipment of a replacement item, we will charge the shipping costs plus an administrative fee of 6.95€.

Not covered under warranty

The commercial warranty does not cover defects caused by knocks, misuse, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions, or if caused by unauthorized handling or repairs.
It also does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, nor in the following cases:
- Overheating, subjected to prolonged heating when empty - Stains, discoloration or scratches on the inside and outside - Accidents caused by fire, immersion in water, etc ... - Dust or insects inside the product - Professional or workplace use - Regular replacement of consumables (gaskets, batteries ...) - Products damaged by knocks or falls - Glass or porcelain being part of the product - Damage caused by thermal shock

Nonstick Warranty Conditions

The nonstick coating is only guaranteed for 1 year if it blisters or peels. This warranty does not cover misuse or food damage to the nonstick coating or the use of scratching utensils. Master Swiss warrants that the nonstick coating complies with current standards for this material in contact with food.

Stainless steel warranty

Master Swiss stainless steel products carry a 5-year warranty from date of purchase or delivery against materials and manufacturing defects of the stainless steel provided the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer's directions and instructions for use.
This warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or resulting from knocks, falls, discoloration in yellowish or bluish tones, or any other damage mentioned above in the Master Swiss warranty.

Consumer Rights and Additional Information

The Master Swiss commercial warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights, and your rights cannot be excluded or limited, nor can your right to complain to the dealer where you purchased the appliance.
This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and the consumer may also have other legal rights that may vary by region or country.
