This document frames the processing of personal data collected by Master Swiss during its sales processes in points of sale, Customer Service, or on the Internet, and the processing of information for promotional purposes whatever the method of collection.
Master Swiss is committed to preserving the right to privacy of its customers, creating conditions that ensure the selectivity and relevance of personal data collected and providing the customer with ways to access, change or remove their information within the legal framework in force.
All personal data of customers in our databases have been provided directly to Master Swiss by their holders in person, by telephone, or using forms sent electronically or on paper, always with their prior consent and for the purposes indicated on the date of collection.
The personal data collected are generally those that allow Master Swiss to develop direct marketing promotional campaigns or to send institutional information.
The information collection process may occur in person at our points of sale with our technician, on our website at www.masterswiss.com, in campaigns that involve the collection of forms, electronic or on paper, filled out and sent by the customer, and in telephone contact in calls received or made by our Customer Support service.
Master Swiss does not transmit to third parties the personal data of its customers with the exceptions provided for by law and in the framework regulated by the National Commission for Data Protection, in order to be used by them for purposes other than those indicated in the collection process.
Master Swiss may, however, subcontract tasks to external entities (e.g. transport services) in order to provide the customer with the service he/she has contracted. In these cases, only the strictly necessary identification data will be shared, always with the aim of fulfilling the initial purpose indicated on the collection form.

Master Swiss provides the necessary resources to protect information and limit access to databases, including access control to the premises by unauthorized personnel, control of data insertion and editing in back-office, control of the use of information collected, barriers to unauthorized logical access.
