Cook the turkey:
01. Place the turkey breast in the HighSense pressure cooker with the garlic cloves, onion slices, bay leaves, a pinch of salt and 2 cups of water.
02. Cook for 30 minutes after coming to pressure. Remove the turkey and set aside.
Brown the turkey:
03. In the Best Frying Pan in the World, melt the butter and brown the turkey breast on all sides to obtain a golden crust.
Prepare the port sauce:
04. In the same skillet, add the port wine and cook over medium heat until it reduces by half and forms a thick sauce.
Finish:
05. Slice the turkey breast and serve with the sauce on top. Serve with roast potatoes or sautéed vegetables.
