Ingredients

500g of wheat flour
150g of crystallized fruits
100g of raisins
100g sugar
100g of butter
Baker's yeast
Port wine

Preparation

01.  Mix the dry ingredients in the Coffe Salad Bowl.

02.  Melt the butter in the 3Ply Master Swiss Casserole.

03.  Add the butter, yeast, and Port wine to the dry ingredients.

04.  Knead well until the dough becomes elastic.

05.  Add the fruit and raisins.

06.  Let the dough rest for 2 hours and shape it into a dough ring.

07.  Bake in the 28cm IronPot Master Swiss Iron Pan for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
