01. Put the iron pot in the oven at 180°C
02. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
03. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light.
04. Add the cream and the oil and mix together.
05. Add the lemon zest and incorporate the flour.
06. Assemble the egg whites about to snow and add to the previous mixture with immersive movements. It is interesting that it is not completely integrated to give it a more rustic touch.
07. Remove the pan from the oven, using the Master Swiss silicone gloves, very carefully and cover with baking paper.
08. Pour in the mixture and sprinkle sugar on top.
09. Put in the oven, considering:
10. 10 minutes at 200°C with the pan covered.
11. 30 minutes at 180°C with the pan uncovered.
