01. Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender. Peel and slice them.
02. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onions and garlic until golden.
03. Add the shredded cod and cook for a few minutes.
04. In an ovenproof dish, create alternating layers of cod, potatoes, and onions, finishing with a layer of potatoes.
05. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
06. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and decorate with hard-boiled eggs, if desired.
