01. Cook the ducks in salted water until they are tender. Reserve the broth.
02. Shred the duck meat and set it aside.
03. In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they are golden.
04. Add the sliced chorizo sausage and cook for a few minutes.
05. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.
06. Add chicken broth and the reserved duck broth, enough to cook the rice.
07. Mix in the shredded duck meat.
08. Cook until the rice is done and the liquid has been absorbed.
09. Serve hot.
