Ingredients

1 cup quinoa
2 cups of water
1 diced mango
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

01.  Boil the quinoa in water for 15 minutes in the 3-Layer Saucepan with Glass Lid - 20cm.

02.  Let cool and mix with the mango, cucumber and avocado, previously cut with the Ultrasharp Master Swiss Chef's Knife.

03.  Place the mixture in the Sail salad bowl and dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
