Ingredients

1 embalagem de massa folhada
500 ml de leite
300 g de açúcar
6 gemas
50 g de farinha
1 lemon peel
1 pau de canela

Preparation

  1. Forre as formas com massa folhada.
  2. Na saladeira Sail misture a farinha com um pouco de leite frio.
  3. No Tacho 3-Ply com Cabo de 18cm leve o restante leite ao lume com o limão e a canela.
  4. Junte o açúcar e mexa. Retire o limão e a canela.
  5. Acrescente a mistura de farinha e, fora do lume, as gemas batidas.
  6. Encha as formas e leve ao forno a 250 °C até dourar.

 

Tips & variations

Polvilhe com canela e açúcar em pó antes de servir.
