01.  Season the turkey with salt, pepper, using the Double Grinder Master Swiss, and aromatic herbs.

02.  Place it in the 28cm Master Swiss IronPot with vegetables and chestnuts.

03.  Drizzle with butter and white wine.

04.  Roast in the oven at 200 degrees until the meat is golden and juicy.
