01. Wash all vegetables and fruit thoroughly.
02. Peel and roughly chop the tomatoes.
03. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into medium squares, as well as the onion and cucumber.
04. Clean the garlic and remove the green parts.
05. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
06. Add salt, oil and vinegar.
07. Taste and season again if necessary.
08. If desired, you can mix a second time to obtain a lighter texture.
09. Garnish with small pieces of cucumber and green apple.
10. Serve chilled in the Master Swiss cast iron pan.
