01.  Cook the potatoes in the 3Ply Master Swiss casserole until tender.

02.  Mash them.

03.  In the 24cm IronPot Master Swiss cast iron pot, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.

04.  Add the finely chopped kale and let it wilt.

05.  Add the mashed potatoes, hot water, and season to taste.

06.  Serve with slices of chorizo or linguica.
