01. With the Master Swiss Ultrasharp kitchen knife, cut the eggplants in half and remove part of the inside.
02. Mix the goat cheese, tomatoes, onion and oregano in the Amazonia salad bowl.
03. Stuff the eggplants with this mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
04. Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes.
05. Serve in the Sail oval dish.
