01. Grill the fish fillets previously seasoned with salt and pepper in the Master Swiss Squaregrill for 8 minutes.
02. Remove the fish and heat the tortillas in the same Squaregrill for 2 minutes.
03. When hot, fill with the fish, mango, avocado and onion.
04. Serve on the Acacia board with plenty of lime juice and cilantro.
05. If your guests like it spicy, you can serve it with a spicy green chili sauce.
