01. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown in the Master Swiss non-stick frying pan.
02. Add the peas, potatoes and vegetable stock. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
03. Blend the soup into a smooth cream.
04. Add the mint leaves, season with salt and pepper using the Master Swis Double Mill.
05. Serve on the Master Swiss Coffee Soup Plate and accompany with slices of toasted bread if desired.
