Ingredients

1 cooked and sliced octopus
Boiled potatoes
Red bell pepper and red onion
Fresh coriander
Olive oil and vinegar

Preparation

01.  Cook the octopus in the Master Swiss Highsense pressure cooker with a small onion and a cup of water.

02.  Let it boil, and when the valve whistles, reduce the heat to a minimum and let it cook for 20 minutes.

03.  Slice the octopus with the Deluxe knives from Master Swiss.

04.  Mix the octopus, potatoes, and sliced vegetables.

05.  Season with cilantro, olive oil, and vinegar.

05.  Serve cold.
