300 g de couve-flor ralada (em vez de arroz)
200 g de salmão fresco
1 abacate
Pepino em tiras
Folhas de alga nori
Molho de soja q.b.

Preparation

  1. Pode usar a Waterless para cozinhar a couve-flor no vapor e esprema para retirar a água.
  2. Disponha a couve-flor sobre a alga.
  3. Acrescente tiras de salmão, pepino e abacate.
  4. Enrole e corte.
