01. Peel and chop the vegetables into small pieces with the peeler from the BlackCarbon set.
02. Heat the olive oil in the MasterSwiss 24cm IronPot and sauté the onion until golden.
03. Add the vegetables, water and season with salt.
04. Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
05. Blend with a hand blender and adjust the seasoning.
