01. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
02. In a 24cm 3Ply saucepan, heat the water, coconut milk, oil and salt until it comes to the boil.
03. Pour over the cassava starch and mix well.
04. Add the cheese and eggs, kneading until a homogeneous dough forms.
05. Roll into balls and place on a greased baking tray.
06. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
