Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
Honey to serve (optional)

Preparation

01.  Mash the bananas with a fork.

02.  Add the eggs and mix well.

03.  Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix until a dough forms.

04.  Heat the World's best frying pan over a medium heat and cook the pancakes, one spoonful at a time - you can use the spoon from the Silicone Utensils as a measure - until golden brown on both sides.

05.  Serve with honey or fruit to taste.
