01. Cook the potatoes in a 24cm 3ply casserole until soft and mash with the milk and butter.
02. Sauté the onion and garlic until golden in the 24cm non-stick frying pan, add the meat and cook until done.
03. Season with salt and pepper.
04. Place a layer of mash on a baking tray, followed by the meat and finish with another layer of mash.
05. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
