01. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
02. In the Coffee Salad Bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
03. Add the egg and instant coffee and mix well.
04. Add the flour and chocolate chips to the dough.
05. Make small balls of dough and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
06. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
