01.  Dip the bread in a mixture of milk, beaten eggs, sugar, and lemon zest.

02.  Cook until golden on the Master Swiss Wondergrill; you can use just a drop of oil.

03.  Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

04.  Serve with Port wine.
