01. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
02. Coat the IronPot 24cm Master Swiss with a little oil and place the puff pastry on top.
03. Slice the tomatoes with the Ultrasharp chef's knife and distribute them over the lined dish.
04. Place the slices of goat's cheese.
05. Mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and pour over the tart.
06. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crispy.
07. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving!
