01. Season the chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
02. Marinate for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
03. Heat the "World's Best Frying Pan" Master Swiss 28cm over medium-high heat.
04. Grill the chops in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
05. Set aside
For the sauce (Seasoning Paste):
06. Mix the yogurt, mint, lemon juice and salt in the 12 cm IronPot.
07. Serve the chops on the Master Swiss Acacia Board and top with the yogurt and mint sauce.
