01. Mix the shrimp with the juice of the lemons in the 24cm IronPot.
02. Marinate for 10 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
03. In the meantime, cut with the Chef Ultrasharp knife the avocados, tomatoes, onion, coriander and chilli into small, thin squares.
04. Add all ingredients to the marinated shrimp.
05. Season with salt and pepper.
06. Serve cold with roasted corn or cooked sweet potato.
