Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates
1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc.)
1/4 cup oat flakes
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Pinch of salt

Preparation

01.  In a food processor, grind the dates, nuts, oat flakes, chia seeds, coconut oil and salt until you have a mixture.

02.  Spread the mixture evenly in the 24 cm IronPot Master Swiss lined with baking paper and press down well.

03.  Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to solidify.

04.  Cut into bars and store back in the fridge for an energizing and delicious snack!
