Ingredients

Cod loin
Corn bread
Chopped garlic and onion
Olive oil
Potatoes
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Preparation

01.  Crumble the cornbread and mix with garlic, onion and parsley.

02.  Place the cod on the Master Swiss Wondergrill and cover with the cornbread mixture.

03.  Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake until golden brown.

04.  Cook the potatoes in salted water in the Master Swiss 20cm Iron Pot cast iron pan until tender.

05.  Serve the cod with the boiled potatoes.
