01.  Toast the bread on the Wondergrill, you don't need butter to do this.

02.  Mash the avocado while toasting the bread.

03.  Then spread this mashed avocado on the bread and place the julienne red onion, the smoked salmon and a few drops of lemon.

04.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.

05.  If you wish, you can add sesame seeds on top and serve on the Acacia Board.
