Ingredients

3 medium carrots
4 eggs
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups rice flour
1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

01.  Preheat the oven to 180°C.

02.  Blend the carrots, eggs, and oil in a blender until smooth.

03.  In the bowl salad Sail, mix the sugar, rice flour, and baking powder.

04.  Add the blender mixture to the bowl and stir until well combined

05.  Pour the batter into the IronPot 24cm cast iron pan previously covered with parchment paper.

06.  Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
