01. Cut the fish into small cubes with the Ultrasharp Chef's Knife.
02. Place the fish in the 24 cm Master Swiss IronPot Classic and cover with the lime juice.
03. Marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
04. Then add the onion, peppers, coriander and chilli, previously cut into very small squares.
05. Be careful with the chili pepper, add it by tasting its spiciness.
06. Season with salt and pepper.
07. Serve immediately in the IronPot Classic, accompanied by salted popcorn or roasted corn.
