Ingredients

200 g de pão alentejano
3 dentes de alho
1 ramo de coentros
800 ml de água fria
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
4 ovos (opcional)

Preparation

  1. Esmague os alhos com sal e coentros com ajuda da faca de chef do set Black Carbon.
  2. Coloque no fundo de uma terrina com azeite.
  3. Adicione o pão em fatias e cubra com água fria.
  4. Se desejar, junte um ovo cozido ou escalfado.
