Prepare the dough:
01. Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt in the Sail salad bowl.
02. Add the eggs, warm milk and melted butter. Knead until a soft, homogeneous dough forms.
Incorporate flavors:
03. Add the chocolate, hazelnuts and orange zest to the dough, distributing the ingredients well.
Leavening:
04. Form a ball with the dough, cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Shape the cake:
05. Shape the dough into a doughnut shape (a circle with a hole in the middle) and place it on the previously buttered WonderGrill without the silicone handles.
06. Leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
Baking:
07. Brush the cake with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
08. Remove, leave to cool and, if desired, sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
