Ingredients

Eggs
Sugar
Lemons (juice and zest)
Milk
Sugar for the caramel

Preparation

01.  Mix eggs, sugar, juice and lemon zest in the Master Swiss Sail Salad Bowl

02.  Heat the milk in the Master Swiss 3-ply saucepan with a handle and add to the mixture.

03.  Caramelize a pan with sugar.

04.  Pour in the mixture and bake in a bain-marie until firm.
