It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the items he has selected and purchased are intended for the intended use, making sure that they have the characteristics in terms of shape, size and color.
Master Swiss Online sends orders worldwide.
Shipping costs for orders are free to mainland Portugal on orders of 50€ or more. For orders of less than 50€ the cost of shipping will be 5€ for Mainland Portugal. The value of shipping costs to the Archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and included in the final value of the order.

No refunds are given unless the item is damaged in the event of a stock out, according to Decree Law No. 67/2003 Consumer Law.
The distribution of orders will be in charge of a carrier, or one of the Master Swiss transports.
Out-of-hours deliveries, or abnormal periods, will only be possible in exceptional situations previously agreed with the customer.
All products presented by the website https://www.masterswiss.com have limited stock, being susceptible to stock rupture.
Master Swiss Online reserves the right at any time to discontinue the products presented on the website without prior notice.
