Can I wash my knife in the dishwasher?

Do not wash in the dishwasher. Temperature differences affect the blade edge. The best way to wash your knife is by hand. Hold it, place it under cold running water and rub the width of the blade with your fingers, without touching the sharp edge.

How should I dry my knife?

Do not allow your knives to simply air dry, as this can create lime stains on the blade. Use a cotton or linen towel to dry the knife immediately after washing it. Check first if the towel is clean to avoid scratching or damaging the blade.

How do I keep my knife sharp?

To keep the edge of your blade, do not wash it in the dishwasher, as temperature differences will eventually wear out the blade edge. First store the knives in a specific block or drawer for this purpose.

What are the best boards for my knife?

Use good quality cutting boards, preferably in wood or plastic. Plastic is easier to clean and disinfect. Wood, because it is porous, absorbs part of the moisture and microorganisms. Most important of all, keep your board clean.

Use only wooden, plastic or silicone utensils. Do not cut food directly inside. After use, do not leave it on the fire without food. Prevent the flame from reaching the side, always keep it centered. Leave cool before washing.

How should I clean my container?

Cleaning is extremely easy: simply warm water and detergent with a non-abrasive sponge, cloth or brush. Never use scouring pads or steel or abrasive products. Grill Plate, Pans and Wok cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
