Returns and Exchanges

masterswiss.com makes every effort to ensure that all products sold by us are in perfect working order and in accordance with the published technical characteristics.

Unless otherwise stated, products sold and advertised by masterswiss.com, are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of sale of the goods and only for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse of Master Swiss products.

The eventual transport and assembly services (if any) are never included in the scope of the Right of Free Resolution (DL N.º143/2001 Artº 6).

When the delivery of items to the address above indicated by the customer, the customer should always proceed to check the items delivered, and if any anomalies, defects or lapses are detected in the goods received, attributable to masterswiss.com, these should be complained about through one of several contacts available for further resolution.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her purchase, an exchange can be made within 15 days, provided that the item is accompanied by the invoice, has no signs of use, and is in its original packaging.

The item for exchange must be delivered exclusively to Rua República da Coreia nº5, 2710-705 Sintra, Lisbon - Portugal.All associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No money returns are made unless the item is damaged/broken and in case of out of stock, according to Decree Law No. 67/2003 Consumer Law.

All product returns and warranty claims should be forwarded exclusively to Rua República da Korea nº5, 2710-705 Sintra, Lisbon - Portugal.
